What are the first steps involved in creating a video?

Most videos follow a simple 6 step process, which includes the script, voiceover, style frame, storyboard, video, music & sound effects. The process is integrated in to your project management workflow as a checklist. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback at each stage of the process, along with your final approval.

How many revisions do I receive?

You get 2 rounds of revisions at each stage of the process (see “What are the steps involved in creating a video”).

How long does it take to finish a project?

It depends on the length and complexity of the video, we’re used to working with tight deadlines and most projects take between 2 and 3 weeks. We’ve done many quick turn-around presentations. We burn the midnight oil for our customers.

What types of videos can I create?

Richmond Corporate Video has produced hundreds of videos with a diverse range of styles, talents and production methods. For example, we can create a How-To video – how your product or service works, a viral video or web commercial to promote your brand, a corporate video to introduce your company, a tutorial or how-it-works video to educate your users, a customer testimonial video, Native Video or a mobile app walk-through. You can also choose the style of video production you want, like animation, live video, whiteboard, screencast, stop motion, direct-to-camera and more.

What are your payment and contract terms?

When you accept a contract, you are required to pay 50% of the project total up-front. Payment can be made using company check, PayPal or through secure links. The remaining 50% is due when you receive the final video.
